IVF Centre in Dhanbad

We are well known IVF centre in Dhanbad with lots of positive results to the those who want to be a parent. IVF (In Vitro Fertilization) is a type of assisted reproductive technology (ART) where an egg and sperm are combined outside the body, in a laboratory dish. It’s often used when couples have trouble conceiving naturally. The process typically involves several steps:

1. Ovarian Stimulation:

The woman takes hormone injections to stimulate her ovaries to produce multiple eggs. Normally, one egg is released per cycle, but IVF aims for more to increase the chances of success.

2. Egg Retrieval (Aspiration):

Once the eggs are mature, a doctor retrieves them from the ovaries using a thin needle, typically under light sedation.

3. Fertilization:

The retrieved eggs are mixed with sperm in the lab, and fertilization is monitored. If sperm quality is a concern, a single sperm may be injected directly into an egg via ICSI (Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection).

4. Embryo Culture:

The fertilized eggs (embryos) are allowed to grow in the lab for a few days. Typically, this is 3 to 5 days, depending on the embryo's development.

5. Embryo Transfer:

One or more healthy embryos are selected and transferred into the woman’s uterus. The doctor uses a thin tube called a catheter to place the embryo(s) through the cervix into the uterus.

6. Pregnancy Test:

After about 10-14 days, a blood test checks for pregnancy. If successful, the woman will continue monitoring for further development.

Success Rates:

Success rates vary depending on age, egg quality, sperm quality, and the clinic’s experience. Younger women tend to have higher success rates, and the chances of a live birth from IVF can range from 40% to 60% per cycle for women under 35.
